I am the husband who live in UK. My wife has been waiting for her immigration settlement since 2019 in Pakistan. If she is granted permission to travel and settle here with me would it be permissible according to Islamic Law to travel in this time of pandemic?

Q1. Is she allowed to travel as soon as she can?

Q2. UK’s number of infected people is high. Would a person in less infection rate territory should stay in his own territory? How long should she wait?

Q3. Could I travel to Pakistan with the sole purpose of accompanying her to travel back to UK?

Q4. Usually the court imposes a strict window during which a spouse must travel and reunite with her husband in the UK? Can this be reason enough to travel?

Q5. Would it be ok to travel as long as we follow governemnt guidelines for necessary travel?

What is the shariah guidelines on the above questions.

Religion will talk about certain things if they possess moral threat.
In your case there is no moral threat so there will be no Islamic restrictions.
Based on Govt rules and doctors recommendation, you can decide yourself what is better.
