    If we buy something that was cooked in wine is it halal? Usually the wine should evaporate during cooking but there may be some less. I mean it will definitely not intoxicate down it should be fine right? Because even a lot of it wouldn’t intoxicate

    Like let’s say it’s used in a fish recipe. Would we say that we wouldn’t get intoxicated at all if we eat lots of this fish it would the sauce be treated separately?

    Alcohol may retain during cooking. You can chk on this link a study about it.

      Yes but I won’t get drunk ever from eating that fish I guess- especially when thoroughly cooked- so I guess it should be fine

    I’ve heard Ghamidi sab say that there can be two opinions about it and a person should choose for himself. What’s prohibited is drinking alcohol.
