Loan on interest is obviously riba and is deemed impermissible. However, generally business financing is not considered a loan. Please see the above link shared by Ahsan sahab to understand the concept, and validate if it applies in your case depending upon the terms of the loan. Moreover, the nationality of a bank, whether Indian or not is never a consideration.
