  With due reverance, it is stated that if a mother crushes her baby in night sleep, will she be liable to the punishment of unintentional murder?

  The word ” Unintentional” It self prove that there is no punishable act

  Thanks for you reply.. But here the local scholars quote a verse of quran and suggest (implements) a punishment of fasting for two months.. I will need an elaborate answer and some evidence that defies that punishment. Thanks one again.
