Also evident from this statement is that things which intoxicate are not good. It is a wrong use of dates, grapes and other such fruits when people make drinks from them which inebriate a person and make him lose his senses.
How does this lead from the ayah itself? I don’t understand the connection -

An-Nahl – 16:67
Arabic
وَمِن ثَمَرَٰتِ ٱلنَّخِيلِ وَٱلۡأَعۡنَٰبِ تَتَّخِذُونَ مِنۡهُ سَكَرًا وَرِزۡقًا حَسَنًاۗ إِنَّ فِى ذَٰلِكَ لَأٓيَةً لِّقَوۡمٍ يَعۡقِلُونَ

compare intoxication with وَّ رِزۡقًا حَسَنًا which is mentioned separately parallel to that.
