Is صلى الله عليه وسلم Bidah?
Did the sahabah say this to the prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم in his presence? Or is it a bidah? What about صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم?

Saying رضي الله عنه to the names of the sahabs is also a similar thing. Because that was almost definitely not said in their time

Since they both have their basis in Quran [1], so can’t be categorized as Bidah.

إِنَّ اللَّهَ وَمَلَائِكَتَهُ يُصَلُّوْنَ عَلَى النَّبِيِّ يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِيْنَ آمَنُوْا صَلُّوْا عَلَيْهِ وَسَلِّمُوا تَسْلِيْمًا. إِنَّ الَّذِيْنَ يُؤْذُوْنَ اللَّهَ وَرَسُوْلَهُ لَعَنَهُمُ اللَّهُ فِی الدُّنْيَا وَالْآخِرَةِ وَأَعَدَّ لَهُمْ عَذَابًا مُّهِيْنًا. وَالَّذِيْنَ يُؤْذُوْنَ الْمُؤْمِنِيْنَ وَالْمُؤْمِنَاتِ بِغَيْرِ مَا اكْتَسَبُوْا فَقَدِ احْتَمَلُوْا بُهْتَانًا وَإِثْمًا مُّبِيْنًا.
[These hypocrites do not know.] In reality, God and His angels are sending blessings of mercy to the Prophet. Believers! [for you also, the correct attitude is that] you too send blessings of peace and prayers to him. God has laid his curse in this world and in the next on those who are harassing God and His Messenger, and has prepared for them a humiliating punishment. And those who harass believing men and believing women [in this way by slandering them] even though they did nothing should know too that they shall bear the guilt of a great slander and a grievous sin. (33:56-58)
وَالسَّابِقُوْنَ الْأَوَّلُوْنَ مِنَ الْمُهَاجِرِيْنَ وَالْأَنصَارِ وَالَّذِيْنَ اتَّبَعُوهُمْ بِإِحْسَانٍ رَّضِيَ اللّهُ عَنْهُمْ وَرَضُوْا عَنْهُ وَأَعَدَّ لَهُمْ جَنَّاتٍ تَجْرِیْ تَحْتَهَا الْأَنْهَارُ خَالِدِيْنَ فِيهَآ أَبَدًا ذَلِكَ الْفَوْزُ الْعَظِيْمُ.
God was pleased with those muhajirun and ansar and they were pleased with God who took the initiative the foremost, and with those also who have befittingly followed them.45 God has prepared for them orchards below which streams flow. They will abide in them forever. This is great success. (9:100)

But to make it a thing after every time his name is mentioned- isn’t that a bidah?
