  • Issues With Women During Hajj And Tawaf

I have heard some stories about women getting inappropriately touched during tawaf. Usually arguing is not allowed in the holy house but when there’s a situation like this surely it would be allowed right?

Nothing unethical is allowed if the touch is a bad touch. however, due to crowd inevitable inadvertent touch or rub has to be ignored.

Yes of course nothing unethical is allowed but in a case that is clearly malicious what can one do? Can he argue? Some men would want to protect their women with physical force. But it’s the holy mosque so are we allowed to?

one can do what is appropriate and legal to protect one’s women. A holy place does not mean you don’t do the needful to stop and mischievous person.

So one could drag them out of the mosque and hand them over to police? (If the police would actually do anything)
