Quran's Challenge To Create A Similar Surah
Aoa, i have heard sir javed ahmed ghamdhi’s view on understanding Quran with rationing and reasoning, for that he says in the Quran prophet challeges the non believers to bring a better scripture than quran and if they do,he ll also follow their scripture , i tried but couldn’t find this reference in Quran can someone please share it ?

Qur’an 2:23-24
وَإِن كُنتُمْ فِي رَيْبٍ مِّمَّا نَزَّلْنَا عَلَىٰ عَبْدِنَا فَأْتُوا بِسُورَةٍ مِّن مِّثْلِهِ وَادْعُوا شُهَدَاءَكُم مِّن دُونِ اللَّهِ إِن كُنتُمْ صَادِقِينَ
Yusuf Ali: And if ye are in doubt as to what We have revealed from time to time to Our servant, then produce a Sura like thereunto; and call your witnesses or helpers (If there are any) besides Allah, if your (doubts) are true.
: اور اگر تمہیں اس چیز میں شک ہے جو ہم نے اپنے بندے پر نازل کی ہے تو ایک سورت اس جیسی لے آؤ اور الله کے سوا جس قدر تمہارے حمایتی ہوں بلا لو اگر تم سچے ہو
فَإِن لَّمْ تَفْعَلُوا وَلَن تَفْعَلُوا فَاتَّقُوا النَّارَ الَّتِي وَقُودُهَا النَّاسُ وَالْحِجَارَةُ ۖ أُعِدَّتْ لِلْكَافِرِينَ
Yusuf Ali: But if ye cannot- and of a surety ye cannot- then fear the Fire whose fuel is men and stones,- which is prepared for those who reject Faith.
بھلا اگر ایسا نہ کر سکو اور ہرگز نہ کر سکو گے تو اس آگ سے بچو جس کا ایندھن آدمی اور پتھر ہیں جو کافرو ں کے لیے تیار کی گئی ہے

I have come across these verses but these doesn’t convince me enough to accept that statement of Sir Javed ahmed ghamdhi about prophet accepting their religion, exact words of Sir ghamdhi sahb were “agar tum iss se behter koi chez le ao tu me uski pervi kero ga” now i dont know if this is tashree of the verses u mentioned above or is translation for another verse from somewhere in Quran, i couldn’t find that video again cuz i don’t remember the title or i would have shared it with you,

I actually found the exact reference by going through surah qasas it was from surah qasas ayat 49,,
