If the oath of ألست بربكم was made then to what extent can we argue for the concept of God without the Quran?

Can we argue for tawhid without the Quran? Because surely monotheism and polytheism would both just be claims until truly verified by the creator of the universe himself

I have explained this in as much detail as I could before in several discussions with you, the last one being:

    Discussion 30396

The oath is not an evidence for oneness of God. The knowledge of oneness of God is firstly inherent within us, then authenticated by the message of the prophets and the scriptures, which in turn is authenticated by the knowledge inherent within us. There’s no point in trying to prove it without our inherent knowledge or without the scripture.
