Purchased two plots with intension to sell it and buy/build home after return to Pakistan and still ownership not got , Need to check Zakat process for that plots/invested amount

If you’re building houses for personal use then there’s no zakat on the land you purchased.
Otherwise in our Zakat Calculator, under Assets please enter the current value of the land you own in the Real Estate box. When you reach the end, it will generate a statement showing you exactly what percentage is applied to what and how much you owe.
