Anyone help clarify my confusion regarding RD vs FW.

In first case if God is omniscient (having knowledge of all future events) then Free Will (& punishment/reward) seems meaningless. In this case God has set up the events in a way that certain people are going to paradise or hell. He could have easily set it up exactly opposite. Second what is the need of God to interfere in the worlds proceedings when he could have setup the things the way he wanted from the beginning.

In second case if Free Will actually exists then can a man use his free will to earn paradise though he was destined for hell based on God’s initial plan and vice versa. This seems more like a fair play. Now struggle, praying and everything makes sense.
