Kya nickname rakhna sahi hai?? Maine apna nickname miku rakha hai.. aur apnay nephew Mustafa ka muso rakha hai.. Mama kehti hain yeh thek nahi hai.. yeh naam ka bigarna hua.. but maine is niyat se nahi rakhay. Bas aisay hi rakh liya… Kya yeh sahi hai..

As a matter of principle, names, whether given names or nick names should be decent, and should not have any aspect of shirk in them. However, one can have a dislike for altering names and if your mother doesn’t like it then why insist?
