Istikhara
I recently heard about istikhara and that people do a specific kind of worship and dua before taking any decision. So what is the reality behind it and what does Quran say about it and is it helpful?
Secondly, what’s the proper way of doing it and can anybody do it I mean a person of any age group (mature).

There is no method mention in Quran. However, we have received a dua from Ahadith.
