Zakat To Charity Group
In Our Village a transparent charity group, collects Money from People and spend that to create jobs for unemployed young guys of the same Village. When someone gets employed he returns that loan back to that charity. Is this permissible to give zakat to that Charity group?

Yes you can give zakat to any cause that includes any welfare of the citizens of a state.
