Were All Prophets Chosen On Merit?
I was listening to Program muqalma on YouTube that is a discussion between Hamza Ali Abbasi and Dr. Khalid Zaheer. During the conversation, Dr. Khalid said that prophets were chosen on merit. It confused me. What merits were there for a prophet selection by Allah? Did Allah selected prophets out of His will or did all prophets had to qualify for this status? Please explain this in detail or make a video on it on your youtube channel
