Ye jante hue zina karna gunah hai magar nafs galib hogyi or kar dala to kya ye sarkashi hui?
Or sarkashi ki tauba kya hai?
Or zina ka Kaffara kya hai?

Sarkashi in this context refers to rebellion against God. One gets arrogant and knowingly transgresses the bounds set by God out of arrogance.
When we commit errors and mistakes, we should humble ourselves in front of God as soon as we realize our mistakes. If we sincerely repent, ask for forgiveness, and do not knowingly persist in our sins God has assured us of forgiveness and paradise in the hereafter. Please see Quran verses 3:133-136.
There’s no prescribed kaffara for adultery. However, we have been advised by Prophet Muhammad SAW that we should follow up our bad deeds with good ones.

Sarkashi gunnah ka irtikab hona nhi hai, balkay us gunnah par musalsal qaim rehna yai jantay huay bh kai yai khuda kai hukam ki khuli khilafwarzi hai. Uski maafi kai liya us gunnah sai hamesha ki tauba, us sai bach kai rehna poori zindagi aur khuda sai musalsal maafi ka talabgar rehna aur uski rehmat sai mayos na hona.
