    Salaam can any one please explain to me what is hurmat e musarrat

    I read somewhere if father in law touch or see daughters in law private part then hurmat e musarrat will be established and now that woman is haram for husband

    Can any one please guide me for that matter

    This type of jurisprudence is made by Fuqha and is not an agreed upon fatwa.

    The Quran tells us that Hurmat e Musahirat establishes only when consummate one’s marriage. Mere nikah with out consummation does not establish Hurmat e Musahirat. Also Mere watching some one’s private parts or touching doesn’t establish Hurmat. It has no evidence or argument from Quran or authentic Hadith.

    Same can be said for having illicit relation. It also establishes Hurmat e Musahirat.
