There is a researcher named Sahil Azeem / Sahil Adeem who recently in couple of his videos claimed that it is a scientific blunder by Ghamdi Saheb for saying that Noah Flood didn’t cover the whole world as it’s a common sense that local flood can’t extinct the whole city and if it was so then Noah’s son would have survived since he was on mountain. Having said that if a flood carries the highest peak in an area it means it has surpassed that area and it’s underwater now because normally equal amount of water comes down as it is returned back following the ‘Water Cycle’ and it is explained in Surah Kahf about the normal water cycle. So this فتحت ابواب السماء is actually opening portals from other worlds which added more water to cover the whole world as supported by the Bible.

Secondly he claims Ghamdi sahab has blindly followed Imam Amin Islahi’s translation of “فاتبع سببا” when in reality it is telling about intergalactic travels of zulqarnain and supports his answers with Hadiths.

Thirdly, in the same he said if Gog/Magog were Caucasians then why didn’t in Surah Rum God mentioned them as Gog/Magog instead of calling them by romans because these are the same places where they dwell. And here he (Ghamdi sb) supports his argument with bible’s reference but in the case of flood he doesn’t. When in reality there are many evidences that Gog/Magog are on other planets based on Surah Kahf and hadiths references.

I am sorry I know these are irrelevant questions but his channel mentions that it talks about “instilling philosophy in youth” that’s why I am concerned 🙏
