    Evolution Of Quranic Punishments

    Hi

    When Quran categorically says those who do not judge by what God has revealed are the real faasiquun, kaafirun.

    Then how can we say that the hudood like 80 lashes for adultery is only for that time and these punishments can evolve with changing times ?
