Jumma + Zuhr In Non Muslim Country
Ghamidi sb says that he prays Jumma + Zuhr too living in non Muslim country. My question is his reason is valid that Jumma is collective action of Muslims so we must follow it. When we are following the collective action then why Zuhr is required.
Just as recently in Pakistan the issue of Eid emerged. Ghamidi sb said no need of extra Roza even if state has announced Eid on wrong day. So in this case we followed collective action and it makes sense. So No extra Roza but why in case of Jumma in non Muslim country Ghamidi sb pray Zuhr too. When we are following collective action then only that must be enough why need of Zuhr. Just as no need of extra Roza in case of Eid on wrong Day. Kindly explain this thing with reference to that Eid issue. Is there any difference between these two scenarios.

It is not the collective action only, that collective action should be sanctioned by the state (nazm-e-ijtimae).
