Jummah is a Religious Gathering Organized by Political Leadership in Big Friday Gatherings and Mosques. The purpose of Jumma is to unite and give awareness to Muslim Citizens as a collective nation on issues of National interest and Public Welfare.
The Content of Jumma Sermon should be focused around public, social and collective ethics of Muslims in Society.
Just like Jihad, imposition of Sharia Punishments, Zakat, the Juma and Eid congregations are under responsibility of Muslims’ Nazm-e-ijtimae and their representative (arbab-e-hall o aqd), this doesn’t necessarily make it a political gathering. The first sermon is for advice (naseehat) which can encompass current issues as well, but with primary focus on good advice (achi naseehat). The second sermon is for Hamd of Allah and for the Prayers (dua).
