When we give Quran translation to non Muslims…there are translations where some of words of Quran is explained by the Translator in brackets…is it okay to give that Quran translation to non Muslims?

Generally words in brackets are needed to convey the meaning when translating from one language to another.
Yes certainly it’s a great deed to give good translations to Non-Muslims.
