One of the haraam things in 7:33 is fahisha.

Now what is fahisha ccordig to the Quran? The Quran seems to only use it for relations:

    7:80-homosexuality

    17:32 – zina

4:22- marrying women previously married to father

If the Quranic definition of fahisha included all disgusting sexual acts then why was intercourse during Menstruationen not called fahisha in 2:222?

Quran is not defining fahisha in those verses. Fawahish has been a well known arabic word. These verses were application of that word and are not exhaustive. And intimacy during menstruation is definitely a fawahish.

To understand what is the criteria which makes anything ‘Fawahish’, please refer to the video below from 19:41 to 22:55
