Quran 16:79 – God Is Holding The Flying Birds
Assalam u Alaikum everyone!
I wanted to ask that today we know how birds fly and their wings create a negative pressure and all the physics behind it but why the concept of holding them is used here?
By this analogy us humans would have never created planes if we didn’t understand the physics behind it.
Please clarify this

In Quran verse 16:79 God is attributing to Himself a phenomenon that we understand through physics. In this verse as well as several others God is using intellectual evidence to draw our attention to the fact that such phenomenons occur due to certain laws, and it’s only rational to believe that those laws are created by some entity: God.
