Are allowed to offer prayer when it’s a about time or do we have to wait for the mouzan to give azan and then stand for prayer.

Because there comes certain situations where we can’t wait for azan and it’s almost prayer time.

    Thanks

Azan is for calling people to congregational (ba-jamaat) salah. If one is offering salah individually, e.g. at home, one can offer it when it is time. For Ghamidi sahab’s comment, please see Discussion 53028
