Bribing Out Of Necessity
In Pakistan, there are many authorities or institutions such as court, etc. Many people have informed that some these departments do not take your requests or work seriously until you bribe them. They usually aren’t serious and won’t do your work until your throw some money on them. My question, bribing someone out of necessity is permisible or not otherwise, we can’t live in the country?

Bribe is when you buy your way into something to gain an unfair advantage. The amount that must be paid in order to get your legal and rightful work done is not considered bribe.
