Wudu With Socks On
Suppose I wake-up in AM, make wudu for fajr, then put socks on and then pray fajr and then go to work.
There I loose my wudu and for dhuhr I need to make wudu.
Can I make wudu with socks on?
Does it matter if sock is cotton or nylon? Is this doing wudu with socks on, permissible only with certain type of socks?

Masah can be done on any kind of socks, and it should be done on socks which one wears after doing complete wuzu after washing feet. So when you perform the Wuzu, then you’ll only be required to do masah on socks.

As feet should be washed to the ankles, should the socks must cover the ankles in order for the Masah to be valid?
If I wear the socks that don’t cover the ankles? Can I do Masah on them?
