Do I Salam As SALAMUN ALAIKUM Instead Of Aslam-o-alaikum?
When we read Quran pak i see the word salamun alaikum instead of aslam-0-alaikum but when we go through the hadith litrature we didn’t see salamun alaikum
So my question is that is it possible that ALLAH swt asked prophet PBUH to say salamun alaikum but he prefered aslam-0-alaikum?
As mentioned in the ayah bellow
Surah: 6 | Ayat: 54
وَ اِذَا جَآءَکَ الَّذِیۡنَ یُؤۡمِنُوۡنَ بِاٰیٰتِنَا فَقُلۡ سَلٰمٌ عَلَیۡکُمۡ کَتَبَ رَبُّکُمۡ عَلٰی نَفۡسِہِ الرَّحۡمَۃَ ۙ اَنَّہٗ مَنۡ عَمِلَ مِنۡکُمۡ سُوۡٓءًۢ ابِجَہَالَۃٍ ثُمَّ تَابَ مِنۡۢ بَعۡدِہٖ وَ اَصۡلَحَ فَاَنَّہٗ غَفُوۡرٌ رَّحِیۡمٌ ﴿۵۴﴾
TRANSLATION :
And when those come to you who believe in Our verses, say, “Peace be upon you. Your Lord has decreed upon Himself mercy: that any of you who does wrong out of ignorance and then repents after that and corrects himself – indeed, He is Forgiving and Merciful.”
