    Can the Taliban force It’s citizens to comply to the sharia law?Like According to Taliban’s theological view, Hijab is mandatory, Does they have the Islamic authority to force hijab upon girls? I know according to Ghamidi Sahb, Hijab is not mandatory but that’s not the Question. Suppose Hijab is mandatory, does the government have the right to force it upon girls?

    Need elaborate explanation regarding government forcing it’s citizens to comply to mandatory laws.

    No they can’t. Even if something is mandatory that does not give anyone the right to enforce it. Not even state governments. Ghamidi Saab answered it again yesterday. Check the video below at 21:03

      Then why there’s a permission to go as far as beating to force people to pray according to Hadith?
