Getting Killed For Going To Mosque
A person knows (not 100 % sure)..if he goes to masjid for prayer some people can kill him because of his view point regarding some matter..so he is risking his life for going to masjid…if he goes to masjid for prayer and got killed …will he be called shahid?….he would has an option not to go to masjid and pray at home for saving his life but he choose to go to masjid and risked his life

In principle, a shaheed is a person killed serving in the path of God. We can’t conclusively tell who is granted this status. If a person who risks his life to go to mosque, depending upon the circumstances he might be granted this status or may have to answer to God that if he knew of the danger then why did he knowingly put himself through it.
As a side note we should refrain from trying to come up with conclusive rulings for hypothetical examples.
