Dr Shehzad Saleem has completed the English translation of Ghamidi Sb Quran Urdu translation and of Al-Bayan.
I have been studying the English and Urdu translations of Quran for many years but haven’t come across a so clear and concise translation as of Ustaaz Javaid Ahmad Ghamidi One. You can check the Quran English translation on his website “Javaid Ahmad Ghamidi or Al-Mawrid Institute”. Once you are comfortable then make a decision.

Please remember one thing that Al-Bayan has English translation but it is also Tafseer (more detailed).
Please check with Al-Mawrid team if you only need translation without tafseer.
