Since it is bad so it will make you impure in your thoughts. So one should not think bad about someone. However feeling bad is something else. A real bad deed does generate bad feelings.

If some employee in office is not working properly…and you have to do his work…you start thinking something bad happens to him so that some new employee replace him for his work….not making any dua…just thinking…is this kind of thinking considered a sin?
