Looking At Non Mahram
Peace,
Can we look at non mahram without lust intentionally.And what if the women is wearing short clothes or has not covered awrah? Can we look at her without lust or focusing on the parts that she should cover but she didnt like thigh,leg,etc.Similarly can we watch such movies in which women dont cover properly and can we watch football or something in which the players dont properly cover awrah? Please guide with reference to Ghamidi sb and Ulema

Looking and gazing are two different things. Muslim men are advised to lower their gaze , avoid gazing at other women especially if a woman is not wearing a dress which may cover her essential parts to be covered.
