  • Is Surah Ibrahim (14:40-41) A Part Of Salah?

Posted by Haseeb Faisal on September 25, 2021 at 11:22 pm

I always read Surah Ibrahim (14:40-41) right before finishing my prayer. Is the verse an acceptable part of Salah, or would this be classified as biddah?

last part of Salah is for dua. You can use any language, any part of Quran as dua. rabij alni is also part of Quran. it will not be cosnidered biddah

JazakAllah. Do I have to say a dua? And is this dua recited prior to saying assalamualaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuh?

Actually making dua after salam is an addition. Dua should be made with in salah.

No it’s not mandatory to make dua within salat.
