Capital Punishment
Recently some images have been circulating in the social media of people being hanged from cranes in Afghanistan. My question is as taliban are the government now in Afghanistan, and only government can give capital punishment as I have understood from Ghamidi saab. Is it right for them to do like that?

Yes Ghamidi sb in recent series of historical aspects of Khilafat issue, has repeatedly mentioned once the govt is formed, they have right to enforce the laws.

A government might have the legal right to enforce laws, but it doesn’t mean that such laws can’t be inhumane.

About why they are against capital punishment, it is multitutde problems and i personally think human right is just a cover. If it was just human right problem then this wouldnt happen
