Property Gifting As A Whole To Her Adopted Son
My aunty ( phupho) is not married and her parents are dead . My father died She adopted me and grew me as a son. I am her nephew ( brother’son). She wants to gift ( Hiba) her all property to me because I’ve been seen serving her as a mother since my childhood now I am 28 old.
Can she gift me her whole property? Is iT halal in the eyes of Allah ?

If she has no legal heirs then she can give whatever she wants to anyone she likes.
