I have read somewhere it is possible to achieve what you want by using subconscious mind…so basically for activating your subconscious mind we have to say lie to ourselves..like I have to say again and again that I am billionaire and I have to imagine that I have become billionaire…is it permissible to do?

Lies and deception become moral issues, and therefore impermissible, when in reference to someone else.
Training your brain to think positively is not immoral and therefore not impermissible.
