Assalamu alaikkum.i am suffering from major depression.i dont like to go to sleep.everytime i go to sleep i see sexuel dreams.but when i woke up my body and everything was dry.please tell me what to do.do i have to do ghusl

Brother don’t worry .i have gone through obsessive compuslive disorder few months ago .i take four to five section from physiologist i think you are suffering from a physiological issue please take some section from physiologist it really helped in my case
