Difference Between Complaning And Backbiting
What if your gym trainer is not providing guidance to you properly in gym which you have paid for and when you tell this to trainer he don’t listen….so you complain this thing to owner of the gym…will it considered some kind of backbiting…how to differentiate between complaining and backbiting

This is not backbiting. Backbiting is done to defame someone with an evil intention, for which on has no valid reason to do so. in your case you are trying to get your right.
