Deen aur madhab main bunyadi farq kia hai?

Kioon ke Quran pak main sirf lafz deen aya hai islam ke lie to hamen kese maloom hoga ke ye jo istalah madhab aj kal aam ho chuky kia wo waqe main deen hi hai?

Ek point of view javed ahmed ghamdi sb ka hai ke deen sirf tazkia nafs aur takarub illa’llah ka nam hai aur dosra point of view janab dr.israr sb ka hai ke deen matlab ek nizam hai jis main political, economical aur social qawaneen sary islam ke hon wo deen hai jesa ke khilafat-e-rashida main kaim thy phir malookiat ae aur us ke baad jab english qawaneen ae to ye concept change hogaya aur lafz deen sirf ibadat wagera tak mehdood hoagaya?

Kindly clear this point aur is par janab javed ahmed ghamdi sb ka kia moakif hai?

Deen provides a system of worshipping God and provides a basic principle – strive hard to excel in good works thru fair means – as foundation for designing societal system using the free will God has given us. Thats because the social systems cannot be locked down based on a given template as they need to be improved and changed with time and location. In modern days we have automation as a powerful resource to simply and optimize state systems for example and therefore we don’t have to follow the tribal system for amru hum shura banhum.

The same rational applies to manage other challenges as well e g eradicating crimes. If one can treat criminal minds with medications, there is no need to chop off limbs.

Amru hum shura baynahum is the underlying principle of democracy; not an injunction just for a tribal system.

Similarly, chopping off limbs as a punishment for particular crimes is an absolute injunction. It has nothing to do with medical treatment of criminals.
