Kingship Of Prophet Suleiman
According to Ghamidi sb the correct method of making a state is (amruhum shura bainahum), but as we know in the history Sulaiman a.s was a messenger and king too. His kingship was very good we know that but in actual it was a kingship. Does it mean although he was a messenger but the thing i mean the state is not according to the statement mentioned above?

Ghamidi sahib told in the beginning that there are two legitimate ways to establish ruler, either God appoints a person as a ruler, and if He does not, then it is the people who are supposed to elect him. In the case you mentioned, God appointed Sulaiman AS

The ideal was ‘amruhum shura bainahum‘ in the eyes of God. But in matters of social sciences, application of ideal has been left to the collective social-consciousness of human beings; which goes through a long process of tests and trials and evoultion to reach some level of maturity where they can apply that ideal at a collective level. In case of Bani-Israel, it was them who asked for kingship from Prophet Samuel and later on, Taloot, prophet Dawd (sws) and Prophet Sulaiman became the successive Kings and this traditon continued for 500 years approx.
