    Assalamualaikum!

It is not considered a rebellion. If the boss said you have to do such work which you feel that you are not capable to do it or have some other issues. You should persuade him and if still, he forces you to do it then you can say him no it is not Sarkishi.

This word applies when you will not follow Allah’s commands after being fully conscious that if either I do that thing or not doing that thing. It will be considered as the disobedience of Almighty Allah then it would be considered as rebellion against the Creator.

    Hope you will understand it.

If something is beyond your capacity, you have every right to say no. And if the boss still insists, then you can lodge a formal complain against your boss. However, you should not be disrespectful to your superior.
