One should use the legal channels to ask the authorities to intervene and provide you the necessary religious freedom. If they do not help, then Muslims can perform their congregational prayer in any suitable place, Mosque is not necessary for congregational prayer. Also, they should make people understand the value of religious freedom.
Muslims are not supposed to fight or resort to arms.
