Can we live in a seprate house from our parents even if we are not married yet?(because we need some personal space).Parents have no financial issues.

This is entirely your decision. Islam has nothing to do with it. If there is no ethical problem involved like not taking care of your parents when they are in need, you can live before or after marriage separately. However, if they feel bad, this is what you have to deal with on emotional grounds.
