Vague Wording In A Vow
In an effort to combat baseless doubts in my prayer, I made a vow today to “not repeat any of my prayers”. What I intended in my heart was to mean not to repeat prayers from today. However, I am worried that my broad wording may have binded me to never, ever repeating a past prayer – which I may unintentionally do. What should I do in this case?
Do I need to feed 10 people because of my broad wording? When making a vow, how specific should one be? Is it the intention that counts or the words?
