There are none. In principle, we’re required to always keep cleanliness in mind and make sure that attire is not boastful.

Is there a rule that says that we should cut our hair in equel size (like 1,2,3)

I don’t know what you’re referring to by 1,2,3 but there are no haircut rules in Islam. Of course decency is required by us in everything that we do.

سر کے کچھ بال کاٹنا اور کچھ چھوڑدینا منع ہے، اسے حدیث میں “قزع” سے تعبیر کرکے اس کی ممانعت کی گئی ہے، اور “قزع” کی مختلف صورتیں ہیں، حاصل ان کا یہی ہے کہ سر کے بال کہیں سے کاٹے جائیں اور کہیں سے چھوڑ دیے جائیں۔
