Profit On Bank Account
Aslam o alaikum,i want to ask that i have seen Ghamidi sahab’s video in which he said that interest is only on loan,which is haram so my question is that the money which we deposit in banks with the rule of profit and loss,is taking that profit is haram?if haram then in which circumstances,because i did not gave loan to bank i only put my money in my account.

Generally there’s no riba-free banking out there. Also I’m not aware of any banks that take your money on the principle of profit and loss. With that said, if you have found a bank that doesn’t profit from riba and invests your money as business then there’s no prohibition of taking profits.
