Assalam alaikum,
Can I buy stock of an alchohol company or arms and ammunition company, as when I buy a stock in secondary market the money doesn’t go to the company for use.

It’s not permissible to buy stock in companies involved in immoral businesses. In a secondary market a third party might benefit from selling you the stock, however as a buyer you’re purchasing a share in a company that’s engaged in immoral business. In other words, by buying the stock, you’re becoming part owner of such a company.
