Should we follow the prayers time of Makkah. Like in summer the time of Asar in Pakistan is almost 5pm and in the Makkah its 3:30 pm almost. So should we pray according to our country or Makkah

Prayer times are set w.r.t relative position of the sun at different times, therefore, one should follow their local timings.
