Like in this video while answering a question he said that these akhbar and waqiyat (stories) mentioned in the Quran(like story of Sulaiman AS),if they will be excluded or added in,it doesn’t make any difference in religion, but these are mentioned in the Quran.

Deen is a set of guidance to make man pure and clean with respect to his ethics, body and diet so and teach him how to worship His God so that He may qualify for Jannah.

But Imaniyat is a part or Deen, and believing on Quran wholly is from imaaniyaat, and these stories are mentioned in Quran,so how these stories or akhbar(as Ghamidi sahab said) are not a part of Deen?

The stories are not the actual religion. They have been related in order make certain arguments. To understand what’s religion, please see:

The stories serve the purpose of Inzaar, showing how God works etc. Deen is what we have to act upon. Beliefs are Deen. They belong to our ethics that we have to have a correct relation with our Lord.
